Where we are

Airdrie, North Lanarkshire, Scotland.

We work with organisations across Scotland and are happy to come to you for a demonstration, or to do it over a video call — whichever suits your team.

What to include in your message

Not required, but it makes the first conversation much more useful.

  • Your organisation and your role
  • Roughly how many properties you are responsible for
  • How damp and mould reports reach you at the moment
  • What you already use for repairs
  • Whether you are looking at a pilot or just gathering information
  • Anything you would need answered before a supplier gets near tenant data

If you have a supplier assurance questionnaire

Send it with your first email. Questions that cannot yet be answered "yes" will be answered honestly rather than creatively — the current position is set out on the security page.

Are you a tenant?

Please do not report damp or mould to us. We are a software supplier and we cannot arrange a repair, visit your home, or contact your landlord for you.

Report it to whoever is responsible for your home — your council, housing association or landlord. They must investigate. If they use DampFix, they will have given you a reporting link or a QR code.

If you are worried about your rights, Shelter Scotland and your local Citizens Advice Bureau both give free, independent advice. If you smell gas, or water is coming in near electrics, contact the emergency number for your home straight away.
